What makes you smile?
I smile because I am grateful for every day, for each moment, for all the blessings bestowed upon me, the unfathomable fortune, my family, most beautiful life. I smile for love.
My art is poetry and spoken word. Honest expressions of a candid heart, an old soul.
I loved words and self-expression from the moment I was born. My mother says, as a toddler I was enamored with letters and words and pushed hard to speak and read as soon as I could. I always enjoyed writing in class and my favorite subject in school was language, it was only a matter of time before I started to write poetry. Eternal love at first sight. Inspiration strikes suddenly, like a dam bursting and I do everything in my power to jot it down and catch the essence. A messenger receiving a message.
A world-renown best-selling author, a famous poet whose message and purpose are eternal, giving life to all those who come across it. A powerful motivational speaker inspiring many who feel inclined to pay it forward. The power of love is infinite.
I want to be free and fly real high,
spread my wings and touch the sky.
Oh. beautiful sun, caress my wings,
kiss me softly, remind me of love.
The ever-seeing eye in the sky,
power ball of existence,
within an instance, making a difference.
Impressive, immersive, spontaneous energy,
guide me as I touch down and become self.
Bless me, for I am one, no less.
Wizard of the never-ending new program incept,
jumping through portals into batteries that are mortal.
I progress. I must confess, humble or less.
Like Lazarus, navigate the labyrinth, give life to death.
Take the first step, leave the nest.
Even a fall is a flight. Let go. No regrets.
...are best when arrayed with sun rays.
Gypsy rain, wild untamed,
with shine intertwined again.
The system is beside itself,
yet you choose to participate.
Ask yourself, are you a slave?
Reproduced copy machine, cattle in line?
To be slaughtered in ignorance
on a drop of a dime?
Wasted minds equal wasted lives.
Souls farmed from afar,
not knowing who they are,
nor how to reach high.
Died before they're born
with their hearts torn.
Fragments of souls,
shattered as they splattered
on the gates of old.
The fate that folds,
the heart that holds the truth within...
Life never ends…
The road that keeps on after the bend,
continue to lend, wisdom upon the dead
Can they rise to see and hear?
Conquer their fears,
and finally appear?
Right now, right here?
Ask yourself,
CAN I LIVE!?!?
If intelligence is a disease, then infect me please,
buckle my knees and let me just breathe.
Whatever it takes to prevent ignorance to bequeath.
I need to be diseased in order to be free, let me be!
I am tired of being (part of the ones) always underneath.
Oh, I am stricken, suffering from pure vision!
My ears about to fall off because I question and listen.
My senses, drive me to a place of madness,
where lies become truths and the spirits glisten.
Infused with self-belief, I am written,
through centuries of resistance, still living.
Most are infants stuck in an instance,
unable to realize the difference.
Yet the world keeps on spinning...
The older I grow, the sicker,
I'm here to make a difference.
Paint a perfect picture with blood,
as if my name was Vincent.
My essence is artistic, for I AM a creator.
Relator to lost souls so they can be greater.
At the end of the day, help you realize, you are your own savior.

What makes you smile?
Animals, I have always had a special connection to dogs, cats and most furry creatures.
My photo art has not specific genre. As a hobby I allow myself to be free and capture what draws my attention and I find interesting. Part of my creative process is enjoying the moment and losing myself in moments of peace and meditation.
As long as I can recall- photography has been a part of my life. As a child I was mesmerized by vintage black and white still pictures, why most of my money went to film and development cost.
I would like for my passion of photography to lead me to new distant places to explore- preferably international.

What makes you smile?
Helping people and my community, I am big on volunteering. I have great dedication serving those in need. Knowing I use my time an energy giving back makes me feel good and surely makes me smile.
Special Events /Decorative art, as an amateur artist I am still developing my craft, currently I like working with balloons.
I was told, by my co-workers. Every time a special event or a co-worker's office space needed decorating, I would be called in to help, eventually I became a member of the official "party committee".
I have no plans or ideas as to where my love to create may lead me, All I know is that I am enjoying the smiles from my family and friends while I continue to learn and improve my art.

What makes you smile?
Seeing others enjoying my creations and knowing I can turn an ordinary day into something special.
Pastry Art - Particularly Cakes for Special Events, Cookies and Enpanadas
My attraction to baking came at a young age. I decided one day that I wanted to bake a cake, since I was too young to drive, my only option was to collected ingredients from my neighbors, the cake turned out ok, considering the lack of preparation.
I would like for my art to continue to evolve and my business to grow internationally. I want to make my works of art accessible to as many people as possible. In the words of Queen Marie Antoinette “Let them eat cake”
